For the issue originally listed, that is no longer possible; the Moonwell Chalice was hotfixed to not provide Mastery once it is removed.

Yep, it's listed in the latest hotfix notes. Apparently Rake wasn't activating Primal Fury, which is why it was only giving the 1 combo point even on a crit.

That brings up another question: is it still worthwhile to try to refresh Rip and Rake 2 seconds early? Or is it better to wait until it's expiring/expired, to refresh them? The script seems to suggest waiting until the end.
