2 quick things i noticed beside your SR uptime,your rake and moonfire uptime are kind of low should be around 98 %
And if your SR uptime is low, your rake and MF are weaker .

Don't have time to check if you snapshotted your bleed with TF and BT. But be sure to do it. And do not waste PF/BT proc.

I'm also really interested, i can't find a clear answer on this question.
Tempered Egg of Serpentix though, the proc is doing really low dmg. I can't see it as a valuable trinket but i might be wrong.

I dont know if you can simulate it with the other trinkets, maybe other guys are in the same situat...
