Focus swap macro for 2 target cleave

Post by Leafkiller » Sat Jan 10, 2015 12:41 pm

Code: Select all

/focus [target=focus, noexists]
/target [combat, noexists] focus
/clearfocus [nocombat, noexists]
/stopmacro [target=focus, noexists]
/target focus
/targetlasttarget
/focus [exists]
/targetlasttarget
If you target a mob and use this macro, it will make it your focus. If you then target a different mob and use this macro, it will swap your target with the focus. If you have nothing targeted and use this, it will clear the current focus.

I used to addon NeedToKnow to set up debuff tracking for Rip, Rake, Moonfire and Thrash on both my target and my focus to go along with this (obviously there are a lot of different solutions to the debuff tracking such as WA2).

Would it be a simple change to adjust your Twin Ogron WA setup to use your focus instead of the specific Ogron setup you had? (Or maybe it already does).

I was actually thinking about making this macro at work yesterday - thanks for saving me a lot of effort and trial and error :)

I am using NeedToKnow not WA for tracking - you are thinking of someone else's WA setup. I track both target and focus - side by side.

Ahh - that's right, it was Aggixx's Twin Ogron Weak Aura I saw. :)
