T16 4pc Bug with Rip calculation

Ever since i got the 4pc if I cast Rip right after TF it calculates rip as if I had cast at 3 combo points. I've been using the weak-auras string that circulated a few months ago which just displays number values relative to the bleed you can apply on the current target.

Does anyone know A fix for this or have a weak-auras string I could import to fix it?

The person that made the one I think you are using currently, Stenhaldi, updated it a while ago to fix the issue.
