[H][EU - Tarren Mill] <Invidious> 3 day mature Mythic guild

Post by Vasagore » Tue Apr 14, 2015 5:39 am

The Fluid Druid intro: Posting on here despite not currently looking for feral druid as we already have 2, but a lot of druids with interest in feral as offspec or players alt'ing a feral still come by here so hoping we might pick up a quality resto druid and/or boomkin or one of the other classes we are looking for :)

Mature Mythic raiding on a 3 day schedule
We are a tight knit community of mature players that rarely see members leave because of what they find here. Our members are competitive raiders that aim to clear content at the highest possible pace in a drama free environment and without sacrificing the real world outside our doors. Our members are mainly in their 20s and 30s and are all engaged in our community both in- and outside raids.

Guild history
We established ourselves on Chamber of Aspects on September 4th 2013 after migrating in from different over- or under populated realms with a core of 8 players all knowing each other from past raiding. We accomplished the following with our raiding team while the content was current.
  • 14/14 HC 10M Siege of Orgrimmar - Cutting Edge achievement ( Realm: 4 | WR: 1411 )
  • 5/7 Mythic Highmaul
After a long battle to recruit quality players we decided to move our best players over to Tarren Mill and start fresh.

Current progression
  • 1/10 Mythic Blackrock Foundry (19 manned)
  • 10/10 Heroic Blackrock Foundry
  • 3/7 Mythic Highmaul (17 manned)
Recruitment status
We are always looking for exceptional players to join our raid team. As of this time we are particularly interested in the following...

  • Druid High Priority
  • Monk High Priority
  • Shaman High Priority
  • Rogue High Priority
  • Mage
  • Shaman: Elemental
  • Boomkin
Joining Invidious
There are two ways of getting invited to Invidious, one is making the raid team and the other is being a close friend of a core raider, both of which require you to also be 20+ years old.

What we offer
You will want to join our roster in order to get...
  • Drama free progression raiding on a 3 day schedule
  • A mature and competitive environment to enjoy your game time in
  • Team mates that want you to succeed and grow stronger for the team
  • The ability to clear current raid tiers before the next are released
What we expect
You will be expected to...
  • Come prepared for the progression encounters we are facing
  • Have the ability to learn and execute encounter mechanics without anyone holding your hand
  • Have your gear enchanted and gemmed with the best quality enhancements
  • Come on time for raids bringing the best available consumables and sufficient potions to double-pot on anything that is not farm
  • Master both your main- and offspec at a competitive level
  • Uphold close to 100% attendance on our 3 raid nights
  • Sit out without causing a fuss about it when the officers decide that it's in the interest of raid balance or that your performance isn't where it needs to be
A core raider spot in Invidious is EARNED not given and we believe this is the way it should always be in order to maintain the raid environment we desire.

Raiding schedule
Our steady raid times (server time) are...
  • Tuesdays 20:15 - 23:15
  • Thursdays 20:15 - 23:15
  • Sundays 20:15 - 23:15
If on the brink of a new kill we sometimes extend up to an extra 15 minutes

How can I learn more
You can contact one of our recruitment officers in game for a talk (Riggins - Battletag: Riggs#2962 or Taaint - Battletag: Ryan#2741). You can also visit our website at invidious-tm.enjin.com

------- Updates --------
14.04.2015 - Worth noting that Mythic Beastlord Darmac kill was accomplished in 7 pulls in total for the guild on our first mythic BRF raid the other night and with an alt tank, 2 healers being dps in offspec and only 19 in raid group because maintank had an IRL emergency he had to attend to, so there is potential in the team despite current progression as we are simply starting late after our move to Tarren Mill, so claim a core spot while it's still free :)
