glove enchant

I remember awhile back reading somewhere the +170 str enchant was used on gloves. I noticed a lot of ferals using +170 haste. I'm assuming that str no longer confers attk power but that being said why haste? I mean with rune it trivializes whether you enchant it with haste or mastery but is the haste enchant choice arbitrary?

Strength still provides 1 AP (1.05 with MotW) as it did before, the reason people have stopped using Strength to gloves is it simply gets outscaled by the other options. Secondary stats have more of a multiplicative scaling behavior where AP is fairly linear.

Without Rune of Reorigination you should use Mastery, but with Rune you can use any of the three (Mastery, Haste or Expertise) since your stats are all effectively the same value (you should use whichever allows you to get the tightest stat balance).
