RoR, 569 Ilvl and changing gems
I hear that after 569 Ilvl that you should start gemming out of of pure agi? I see Stenhaldi has done so as well.
What is the ilvl breaking point to start changing gems?

I switched to secondary stat gemming around level 567 (with 549 rune). The shift is gradual enough that I can't really give you an exact point.

It is hard to say really the best way to figure it out is doing a cactus compare with gem colors. For me around 570 ilvl yellow gems simmed 2k higher then red gems. It's really easy to use cactus to reforge you to a different gem color and then compare it with the armory.
Re: RoR, 569 Ilvl and changing gems
I'd suggest using Catus to find the transition point. I don't know if there is another tool that makes this manageable.
Catus offers 4 gem modes, but there is really only 1 question: 1 Agi vs. 2 Secondary
Red mode knows that 1 Agi > 2 Secondary.
Yellow mode knows that 2 Secondary > 1 Agi.
Orange mode is exactly like Red mode, except it's useful when you have a strange combination of gear where no matter what you do, Crit or Haste can't be dropped below your Mastery. By introducing a lot of secondaries via Orange gems, it increases the chance of finding a proper Masteryleading 1:1:1 reforge. It's also helpful if you have a large Hit/Exp imbalance caused by a strange stat distribution (or the presence of Hit+Exp gear.)
The other Yellow mode should probably be removed. It's the same as Yellow but prevents Exp/Sec gems from being socketed. It's faster than the normal Yellow reforger (3 less gems per socket to consider) but since it's been optimized, the speed is irrelevant. It's also illogical since if you're socketing secondaries: Exp/Sec > Agi/Sec (unless Sum(Exp) > Cap.)
Beyond the DPS gain, another advantage of a yellow reforge is increased degrees of freedom. This means it's very likely you can achieve a nearperfect 1:1:1 result.

Re: RoR, 569 Ilvl and changing gems
Just simulate it inside Catus? I can give you an explanation/instructions if interested.
On the issue of reforging in Catus, if you click "Find Bounds" in the "Reforger" section, you can get the absolute minimum Hit/Exp for your gear: "w/o Gems and Enchants: Expertise 3179" (it is independent of the reforging algorithm.)

I'm kind of in a similar situation. Would be much appreciated if you could show me how to do the secondary stat gem reforging.
